The LockoutHQ Lockout Tagout Register Panel provides a simple and effective way to manage lockout equipment from a central location. Designed as a reusable dry-wipe whiteboard, it allows authorised workers to record each lockout activity and the uniquely numbered padlock removed from the board.

Designed to manage Padlocks 1–24, each numbered position on the board corresponds to a dedicated padlock. As your organisation grows, simply expand your system by adding additional Register Panels covering Padlocks 25–48, 49–72 and beyond. The consistent design creates a scalable visual management system that grows with your maintenance team and operational requirements.

The Register Panel is ideal for organisations that manage lockout equipment from a central workshop or maintenance area. Before beginning work, authorised workers simply remove a numbered padlock from the board, record their name, the plant or equipment being isolated and the date the isolation was applied, then proceed directly to the machine. Once the work is complete, the padlock is returned to its designated position, ready for the next isolation.

At a glance, supervisors and maintenance personnel can immediately see which padlocks are available, which are currently in use and where they have been applied. The result is greater accountability, improved equipment control and a consistent process for managing lockout activities across the site.

When integrated with the LockoutHQ Panel System, the Register Panel becomes the central control point for managing lockout equipment, supporting safe, organised and efficient hazardous energy control.

The LockoutHQ Authorised LOTO Device Station provides a dedicated location for storing and managing approved lockout devices from a central workshop or maintenance area. Designed to keep authorised equipment organised, visible and readily accessible, it helps ensure workers select the correct lockout devices for the task while reducing time spent searching for equipment.

The approved lockout devices displayed on the station are determined during Step 2 – Machine Isolation Procedures, where the specific devices required to safely isolate each hazardous energy source are identified. Once established, the approved hardware is supplied through Step 4 – Lockout Devices & Hardware and allocated dedicated positions on the station.

By physically displaying only approved lockout devices, organisations can standardise their Energy Control Program and discourage the use of unauthorised, unsuitable or non-compliant devices that may not provide the required level of protection.

Using shadow board principles, every device has a clearly defined location, making it immediately obvious when equipment has been removed or returned. This improves housekeeping, supports equipment accountability and allows supervisors to quickly identify missing devices.

The modular design allows the station to be customised to suit your site's approved lockout hardware. As your organisation grows, additional panels can be added to expand your visual management system while maintaining a consistent appearance throughout the workplace.

Positioned directly beside the equipment, it provides authorised workers with immediate access to the machine isolation procedure, approved lockout devices, lockbox, tags and other essential lockout equipment—eliminating unnecessary travel and ensuring the correct equipment is always at hand.

The Machine Specific LOTO Station is the ideal solution for larger facilities, multiple production areas or remote equipment where relying solely on a central workshop or maintenance station may be impractical. It is particularly well suited to organisations where authorised workers are issued and maintain their own personal lockout padlocks. By locating the approved machine-specific lockout devices and supporting equipment at the point of use, organisations can improve efficiency, encourage compliance and remove one of the biggest barriers to effective lockout/tagout—the time taken to locate the correct equipment.

Each station is configured specifically for the machine or equipment it protects.
