Introduction

Energy source identification labels come in tag form and help build your safe, compliant and effective energy control system and align directly with your machine-specific isolation procedures.


These tags are applied directly to plant and equipment isolation points to clearly indicate the type of hazardous energy present — ensuring that workers can quickly recognise what must be isolated before servicing, maintenance, repair work begins.

By labeling energy sources at the point of isolation, your team gains immediate visual guidance on what energy exists, where it is controlled and what must be locked out to achieve a verified Zero Energy State.

Without clear identification, these energy sources may be overlooked — increasing the risk of unexpected startup, release of stored energy or uncontrolled movement of machinery. 

Specification
Single sided 85mm × 55mm PETG tag 1mm thick featuring a 8mm pre-punched hole for secure attachment to isolation points.

Each energy source label pack contains 21 tags and is priced at NZ$124.55 + GST per pack.
